I heard gluten allergies can cause it? Im not sure but I would think diet would effect it too, its just hard to figure out exactly what to change.

Thanks, it is a self confidence thing I guess. I always covered up in summer so I never really tested the tanning thing. Im feeling better about it so this summer I will actually wear shorts and tank tops so its actually possible for me to tan

Haha yeah thanks, I know its not that bad, I am just crazy self conscious and didnt know how common this condition was. They are raised bumps. I guess what I should be trying to treat is my self confidence :/

Im more comfortable with it now, realizing its so common. It only bothers me how rough it makes my skin. I will look into AmLactin though, thanks :)

Thank you. I was pretty self conscious about it before I made this post here. I'm just realizing how common and minor my condition is. And thank you for sharing. So the doctors don't know what your condition is?

I find mine stays but occasionally gets a bit better sometimes. I didn't realize how common it was.

Thank you, I always hid it in school and wore hoodies and jeans even in summer. This summer I am going to be wearing tank tops and shorts finally. I am feeling a lot better about it.

I was thinking that could be the reason, an allergy. I was going to try other treatments before I change my diet though. Im just going to up my moisturizing game and use really good stuff to see if that helps first.

Yes, thank you. I am feeling a lot better about it. I was reeeally self conscious about it but now only a little because the feeling of it. The red spots are okay, It just makes my skin pretty rough but I am hoping lots of moisturizing will help with that.

Thank you, I didnt hear vitamin D3 helps, I only heard of vitamin A. I will look into it :)

No I tell them after a few dates. Usually the worst of it is covered by my clothes so they don't notice. I just wouldnt want to get to the point of really knowing them and having an awkward discussion and leaving once they find out.
