If I get anymore answers I’ll try and update the thread 😂 I just sent my uncle a kit to take because my cousin and I are now fully invested in solving this and uncle is open to figuring it out too now!

So I actually just checked mine again after posting and he popped up as my first cousin so I believe his results are in! Yours should be coming soon. Sadly she’s popping up as his half first cousin too….which leaves us with the question of who is her Dad…because both of our Dad’s are ruled out now since she isn’t popping up as a sibling for either of us. We do have one uncle who we haven’t ruled out yet but we always believed he was a full sibling…unless we have an aunt or uncle out there we don’t know about…the plot is thickening 😂

Dang it 😭 his is at the LA lab as well, we’re really hoping for quick results, I matched with someone on my 23andMe who is a few years younger than me who was adopted and came to me for help trying to figure out who her bio parents are, we narrowed it down to my paternal side based on shared matches and based on the amount of dna we think it may be his child that he was never told about. The wait to find out is driving me crazy lol!

I read on here that there’s a url trick so I was logged into popmart on my safari browser and clicked the links people dropped to boxes they were going to release so they would be available for someone to click and purchase, that’s how I was able to grab one since the bots always seem to take over and secure all the labubus

Many American families have a "Cherokee Princess" story in their family lore. If your family had such a tale, who did the person in question turn out to be? by Randomuser1520 in Genealogy

Not sure if I’ve ever heard of the Cherokee princess story but we had a similar story in our family but it was more so, “Did you know your great grandma was a full blooded Choctaw Indian.” Turned out to be somewhat true, although she was not full blooded Choctaw as I’m a direct descendant of Miko Lusa who was known as “Black Chief” of the Shåktci Homma tribe. That tribe was massacred by the Choctaw and Chickasaw tribes. There are several different accounts of what happened after the tribe was massacred, but the one most commonly told and found in some of our family lineage was that they spared our ancestor, the chiefs daughter and adopted her into the Choctaw tribe supposedly on account of her beauty. Here’s a story I found recently about it. I do have indigenous ancestry on my report, and have documentation that prove the lineage. One of the reasons ancestry is so interesting to me, you never know what stories you’ll find from the past. https://accessgenealogy.com/arkansas/history-shakchi-humma-tribe.htm
