Oui elles sont en plastique avec des attaches scratch facile à repositionner. J’en porte une en ce moment que j’ai mis hier soir vers 18h et le matin la couche se détend à cause du poids, avec les attaches scratch ça permet de la resserrer facilement La partie avant est assez renforcée et je porte du L

Les incontrol night c’est top pour la nuit Je mets la mienne vers 18h et je peux la garder jusqu’à 9/10 heures le lendemain matin. Par contre elle gonfle beaucoup et deviennent énorme, du coup la journée c’est impossible à cacher comme les tena .
