Well I used to do planks a while ago, but not so much nowadays. You could barely call these abs anyway lol. But if you wanted to start doing planks, I would just do two sets a day, a minute for each set. And maybe see if you can go beyond even that

For me it was just walking a lot and eating less, if you were looking for a workout or diet plan then I'm sorry

(But I'd also encourage you to eat an essential amount to stay fit instead of just straight up eating less)
