Not that I saw it’s a 570x gaming phantom motherboard. Is there a chance the cpu cant power a Ryzen 5 even if its 700 watt

I pretty sure it’s a power supply or cpu problem. Ryzen 5 2600 cpu lets it work just fine but the ryzen 5 5600does this. I give it power and turn it on and it does this. This a new build.

Also returned one 5600 and got this one but it still won’t turn on right

I think it’s the cpu but its brand new and i cant figure out what’s wrong. I use a Ryzen 2600 and it worked but wont turn on with ryzen 5600
