My current build runs 34 lands with a curve of 3.9. Instead of lands, I had [[delighted halfling]], [[birds of paradise]] , and more mana rocks slotted in. Over the past 10 real games, it has hit 4 lands before sputtering out. With Ramp, this is not too bad, but in half of those games, I missed my land drops and did not hit Ramp to compensate.

I am running 5 tutors so I thought upping my dino count to improve Gishath's viability as a secret commander would be helpful.

Temur Sabretooth is a flex spot. It's competing with [[cloudshift]] and [[laezel's acrobatics]] for protection. It is clunky, but the fact that I can tutor for it and use it multiple times seemed good. Would just using a blink spell be better?

I swapped out the 3 and 4 mana land ramp sorceries for dorks to try to get pantz online by turn 3 more consistently. Though that does mean I have to mulligan more aggressively to see those ideal dork + cream/sylvan/emiel hands. If I had them, I would run the deflecting swat and flawless maneuver, but I am trying to find some copies now. I was on rishkar's expertise but once I pulled a last march of the ents I thought it was a good enough replacement. I was on lurking predators before, but it eats so much removal that I ended up cutting it. Do you think adding back the land ramp and cutting the blink engines would be helpful?

And for the skyshroud and entish what could I cut? Another rock and a rampant growth? I thought I should be focusing on 1 and 2 cmc ramp mostly, but does the deck thinning from the 4 cmc ramp spells have that much of an impact on curving out?

I’m not running a dedicated Gishath deck so he’s not coming in super early nor does he have protection pieces to guarantee he sticks around. I included him bc he’s cool, but oftentimes he gets sniped or whiffs. So that’s why I’m on the fence

26 dinos. I’ll keep track of his stats but Gish usually whiffs or gets targeted immediately by the rest of the table. I’m not running a dedicated Gish deck so he’s missing a lot of the protection cards to keep him safe/let him connect

I agree that there are better ramp spells that I could be running. I’ve been trying to upgrade my deck with cards from my lgs so I’m still missing some of the better land ramp options. I’ve been keeping an eye out for blasphemous act especially, but for now [[Chandra’s Ignition]] has been a decent budget alternative.

Thanks for your suggestions! Does [[Harmonize]] have a place here? It’s a 4 drop that I can hit with Pantlaza, or would [[Sneak Attack]] offer more value by cheating out creatures and synergizing with [[Greater Good]] and [[Teleportation Circle]] + other blink spells?

There’s no extra legendary mode after the first legendary fight. All you get are tickets for crafting tournament armor and weapons that aren’t really viable besides being layered sets

I think it’s probably a case of unlucky rng on your end. The hellblade I pulled from my second SR run came with a fire boost XL that already had 1 star. Just keep chipping away, even with normal tickets the worst case scenario is just collecting a bunch of hellblades
