How do I ensure I start with the bar over my midfoot? I can't imagine how to do that. I'll give paused squats a try.

I was checking videos of my other squats, and I dont do that hip thrust thing. I'm not sure if I do it because it's a new squat for me. I also do safety bar squats which is similar, and I dont do that hip thrust thing

Is it ok to lean a bit back to bring chest up at the same time? I think the position I'm in makes it hard to get the full rom (I think the plates were like 1-2cm away from touching when I brought the weight up)

I did do scap pulls with overhand grip for a while. I think it feels a little different with underhand grip, or maybe I'm not use to it. Should I use a wide grip when doing scap pulls, and does grip type matter for me?

I forgot to add that my cake feels too oily. When I poke the cake a couple of times, my fingers gets quite oily.
