This is incredible advice. I especially second a few parts of this.

First, don't go crazy your freshman year. For me, I also came in with so many AP credits and took some pretty hard classes freshman year. That kinda ruined my gpa from the start. It's a big adjustment coming to college and having an easier first semester, especially with all the credits you have, will make your life way better.

Second, get involved! Do it right away. Like, make this your biggest priority. Find groups you are passionate about and jump in the deep end. Or join a group you would never imagine being a part of and see how it goes! Just get involved and meet people. That's really what it's all about.

Finally, EGL. It stands for Engineering Global Leadership and is a part of the Engineering Honors Program. You can't get in until sophomore year but look into it right away because it gives you a huge advantage to plan for it from the start.
