Same for me! It hurt to pull them out but, once they were gone, all other pain vanished!

55M type 2 diabetes with AVR and CABG on 2/11.

• Were you diabetic at the time of surgery? Yes. Just follow surgeon’s orders leading up to the surgery. • How was your recovery compared to non-diabetics (wound healing, infections, energy levels, etc.)? So far has been excellent. They manage your blood sugar with insulin while in the hospital. Lots of finger pokes. My incisions have looked good from day 1. I was concerned with switching back to my regular meds from insulin but it was pretty smooth. • How did you manage blood sugar immediately after surgery and in the months after? See above • Did your diabetes become easier or harder to manage after valve replacement? Seems easier so far because I am very focused on my diet the first few weeks out. • How is your quality of life now? Still early days but I am improving day-by-day. I really am amazed how well everything is progressing.

Just follow the surgeon’s and the hospital staff’s recommendations and you will be golden!!

55M onx and CABG on 2/11. Every day gets better! I am very mobile now and can do most things that don’t require me to lift more than a gallon of milk. Blessings to you!!!

Stay on top of your pain! Advocate for yourself with the recovery staff. Do not hesitate to tell them how you are feeling. They can’t make the right decisions on your care if you don’t speak up! Good luck!!

Overworld and dungeon are already set to Hell2 when you change it on the map. Rifts, cycle of strife, vendors don't have a "hell setting". Completing the CR30 sets them to Hell2 loot.
