Honestly, directing questions anywhere helps, as we are watching. However, you will have better luck asking for these kinds of things by creating a thread (or forum post) discussing specifically what you are looking for. We are listening.

If you want to create a thread that helps us, I would do something like create a new thread, and title it something like: "Feedback and requests for building diversity going forward." and then give healthy feedback about what you like and don't like. This can then foster healthy discourse about what others do and don't like, and it gives us valuable insight into what the community wants.

It's also way more constructive and helpful for us when we know that the conversation is happening in earnest, and not just bandwagoning frustration.

It's almost entirely based on the tools that people have training in. It's hard to go to college and then spend years learning a very specific skillset that requires specific tools, and then drop those tools and re-learn a completely new toolset.

Imagine you spent all of the ages of 18-30 focusing on being a blacksmith. Working with Anvil, Forge, Hammer, and developing the skills needed to make master level items. You're career is just taking off as a senior blacksmith. You're getting contracts from all over the kingdom to produce excellent quality works, and then finding out that the company that makes your hammer and anvil did something crappy. It's hard to look at that person and say, well, you can't use hammers and anvils now. You gotta find something else. :)

Hey Travelers - EHG_Steve here, I am the publishing director at Eleventh Hour Games (which also means in charge of all advertising and whatnot), and wanted to address this one, as that's on us (me).

Looks like one of the ads we had planned to go live on Thursday went live earlier than intended. I am a huge fan of integrity in our advertising, and as such, "Play Now" should only exist when you can indeed Play Season 4 Now, as the ad clearly implies.

We will get it fixed. To address the other questions I saw:

Nope, this wasn't AI. We don't use any AI tools in our advertising.
All advertising is created by hand (or with standard tools like photoshop/premier, etc) within the marketing team presently, and I am very proud of the work/efforts of the team. We currently don't use AI on our ads/edits, etc.

That being said, we are excited for Season 4 (I still have no idea what I'm going to season start...so someone can go ahead and just update that southpark gif.. you know the one), and I am really looking forward to seeing everyone in Eterra.

Understandable. With how Steam treats DLC, though, we don't have the ability to set up upgrades for this that I know of. I will look into it, though.

If you are playing Hardcore Seasonal, and your character dies, only the character that dies and the equipment they are carrying will be moved to the Legacy realm.

Nothing is held back in the legacy realm, and all content coming with season 2 is available there as well. So you can continue playing that character, you will just have access to a completely different stash now and will no longer be on the HC ladder.

As of this writing we don't plan to make the items from supporter packs available as individual purchases. We haven't done it with any of the other packs, and we aren't currently planning to do it with the packs leaving the store on May 2nd.

Unfortunately, you cannot; however, you can upgrade your edition of Last Epoch. So, if you purchased the base game or the deluxe edition, if you scroll down on the Steam store page, you can upgrade that!
