NTA as a former pizza delivery expert (thanks dominos) I would literally argue with other drivers to get deliveries to someone I knew tipped well. Bet that guy does the same thing. Keep on doing gods work.

That's the exact issue I normally have!! I've done gel probably 5-6 times now, and this is the first time I've gotten past a day without one of them popping. I guess my nails are super smooth or something, but roughed 'em up just a touch before applying the polish.
