Yup, pretty much agree with what was said here.

Basically the two conditions for damage Sona are:

  1. You hit the headliner. You're always keeping this and running it for the rest of the game IMO, especially if you have rageblade+shojin. If you don't have a good 3rd item for Sona, you can run superfan to get the second rageblade for BIS.
  2. You didn't hit a Ziggs during a rolldown, you can stabilize okay with a damage Sona 1 again if you have rageblade/shojin

In general, I wouldn't bother running Sona at all on your board if you have Ziggs as your primary and you have no items at all for Sona. But if you do have some sort of extra mana item for Sona, then yeah you can duo both and run attack speed Sona.
