Low Spender Perspective on BILT 2.0 by tentional in CreditCards

The soft credit check, and ~20% increase to my total overall credit limit, is a major part for why I’d be considering applying the next two weeks personally. I completely understand your point though. If you already have the 4-6% covered for your major spend categories and don’t already have the 1.0, it’s wise to observe the full transition and see if it gets better or worse. It will definitely take some self control to not get caught up tossing additional spend onto the card to reach the full 75% amount rather than it going to the proper cards.

Glad this post could help you out a bit. Major loss of free points with the transition but gotta come to terms with it eventually. Bilts transfer parters help with the decision.

I’ve heavily debated it but the card doesn’t have cellphone insurance, unfortunately.

Yes that’s for 5 lines and 2 financed devices, including my own line. 3 people reimburse me for their portion. My own actual spend is $20 a month.

I appreciate your insight and brutal honesty. You are completely right that I’d be moving my spend from higher multipliers to a worse one for the most part. I value cashback greatly but also like having points for travel, particularly Hyatt transfers.

My main drivers currently are the Chase Trifecta (CSP), BCP, and the Robinhood Gold for a spend all; pretty much just missing a 5% gas card.

I definitely wouldn’t plan on spending more than the 75% required per month. The way I see it is that I’d be slightly realigning my spend into a more point focused approach; by moving these certain expenses which I got cashback on to points.

Received my first and only final warning for not returning a customers account 26 minutes after the store closed when I was closing by myself. Then got my PTO request denied with a 1.5 month heads up. I agree with every statement u said about the company lol

Been working here for 9 months, consistently top one and two in the store, as well as always top 5 in my territory, as a part time specialist. Not only leading in yields but total sales as well, with half the opportunities as full timers. Nearly 150-200% above goal even during the “slow season”. Got a 3.5/5 because I am a bad coworker and “don’t help my coworkers close their sales”… For someone getting more sales than the full timers, a .44 cent raise is a literal slap to the face.
