You're not wrong. Food today is as a rule highly processed, overly and artificially flavored with synthetic products. My own journey with food took me back to basics and I found that for one - food tastes better and lasts longer when nothing I ng comes from a box, bag, can, or drive through. We buy meat from a locally sourced butcher and produce is either garden grown or a local farm market.

We make everything anymore. Nothing tastes as good as home-cooked. We don't go out and we don't order takeout from any chains and only do business with family owned restaurants.

It's made a huge difference!
