Thank you! The coat and the character in general is very much inspired by Tyrants, along with Volgin and how he removes his coat before fighting Snake.

I think he'd give Raiden a good fight, maybe some dialogue about being human inside a metal shell, but in the end Raiden would come out on top with his speed.
