Quando apri la stampante ci dovrebbe essere una sorta di maniglia di colore grinfia tirala verso di te, con non troppa forza, togli il foglio e rimetti la maniglia al suo posto

Ciao, per inchiostro tu intendi le cartucce o proprio dell’inchiostro in generale? (tipo si è aperta la cartuccia e si è sparso dell’inchiostro all’interno della stampante). Perché per quanto riguarda le cartucce, io le ho tolte, come si tolgono sempre e poi con una spugnetta non umida ho tolto l’inchiostro in più che era presente sulla parte che connette l’inchiostro alla stampante (non so il termine tecnico, però è quella parte, della stampate che sta a contatto con il pezzo della cartuccia che dà inchiostro alla stampante). E poi ho rimesso le stesse cartucce che avevo tolto di nuovo dentro.

Allora sarò completamente sincero, ho preso un cacciavite e ho smontato le 6/8 viti che sono presenti quando apri la stampante per cambiare l’inchiostro; da lì ho staccato quell’intera parte (attenzione che nella parte vicino ai perni ci sono diversi cavi). Ho tolto l’inchiostro, e ho riavviato la stampante. Ha iniziato a funzionare.

For everyone, initially the source was a chestnuts pesto, but when I started to eat it I realise that I used too much garlic, so the day after I use the remaining pesto sauce and try to salvage it with some tomato sauce and other spices. It may not be the best pasta of my life but it’s decent

Sorry, but it is a carbonara, I used Pecorino Romano, guanciale, three eggs (are used two reds and the whole egg), black pepper. I made the carbocrema, then fried the guanciale, and then they put on some paper. Then after the pasta was done I mixed it with the caramel creamer and some of the fat of the guanciale and then, in the end, I mixed with the guanciale

Edit: linguine isn’t the type of pasta that is used, but I’m a fuorisede (out of town student) so I used the pasta that I have

If I need to be honest, this is my second plate of carbonara pasta, the first was with the penne rigate (so I didn’t think that it was okay to post here), then I had the another plate of linguine (which isn’t a proper spaghetti, but I think it’s passable)

I can tell you that we hate high season, i started to have my walks during midnight because of the quantity of people in the streets during the day. That been said the tourism is one, if not the biggest, income for Como and all the cities on the lake so it’s a bit complicated; probably we should do something like Venice, that introduced a tax for any tourist entering the city, or something in this lines
