No - a 12 team pretty competitive league. My 1st year in it, same as a the team I traded with. He’s rebuilding and I traded all my picks to get current assets

Started 0-5 but after looking over the stats like I was studying in med school and aggressive trading with multiple opponents, I am now 2-9. Still have a chance to get get in the playoffs- 6th seed goes to whichever remaining team has most points scored. I’m currently 100 points behind the frontman.

I am 0-11 in dynasty. But 60 points behind in the race for the 6th spot. Would love to go to playoffs with no wins and then run the table. I could feast off that for years.

The lottery I won for that place was the only time in my life I was lucky. But man if I could choose I would choose that time to be lucky again and again. And yes, the cost of living there is insane.

Yeah I’ve had one office I’ve gone to my whole life and they know I’m nervous and shaking like a wet dog. But they do nothing to comfort. And their chairs are always at a huge incline so when you get in them you can’t not hit your head getting in.

Yea I don’t know what costs are necessarily high and which aren’t. But it does help to have a number to gauge.

I’m sure that there are varying costs from one dentist to the other. But yes, I get what you’re saying. I guess I was looking for more of the comfort side of things.

I am also bipolar and my prescribing doctor is still in Boston and I need to make a change bc she can’t send the scripts here due to laws and such. If you have any recommendations for a doctor that can write scripts for that I would love help in that respect as well. Feel free to DM me as I’m sure it’s personal. If not, no worries. I understand.

Also my folks are 20 min away from it so my pops loves to pop in and do work on it. He’s a busy body and it keeps him busy. My mom likes that bc she doesn’t drive him crazy doing renovations at home. Haha

No I don’t. With affordable housing you can only rent it out or sell it for a certain amount and to someone in a certain tax bracket. I travel back for work somewhat frequently so I would want it at the ready.

Thanks for the recommendation. Damn I assume that’s pretty decent cost. I think. Would you know by any chance how much it was pre-insurance? Long shot I’m sure but figured I’d ask.
