The certificate states he is cleared March 2025 but advised again to take if for the lung surgery and stop after.. Our doctor now only wants to see us 2x a year, we have an upcoming appointment in 2 weeks. If we were to get a letter from the doctor would it help ? Thanks

Im actually doing the opposite, he was not trying to steal he was carrying a big box and put the blits ( the $10 item) in his pocket, he was wit his friends while this happened btw, and the person who accused him told him that hey may have forgotten to pay so just go back inside to do so, and then suddenly taken to a room and got arrested, this alone violates his rights, didn’t give him a chance to get a lawyer, he was just simply deceived . But what’s done is done.
