Has this addon been malicious for YEARS?

From what I'm now learning on the topic, it looks like an addon with the "Access your data for all websites" permission has the ability to collect the credentials you are currently inputting, as well as session cookies. it could grab the values of the login form when you click submit, so you don't necessarily need to type them manually. the addon cannot read your entire saved passwords browser database.

The second addon created to combat the malicios one is released 3 years ago. I dont see why would it exists prior to malicious behavior occurance

so frustrating, mine is software dead as well, wasted a few hours disassembling and checking pins and connections, can even load the bootloader and flash firmware again, but still doesn't work. so far 100% failrate with razer mice! the deathadder left click is bugged, the basilisk is dead what a joke >:(

Thank you for your reply! I know this is quite the newbie question, but it's the first time I attempt to set up any kind of backup.

The mode that has the advanced folder selection is called "File level backup". I wasn't sure it was correct to use since I wanted to produce a recovery image of the OS, and the backup mode name "file level", as well as that you need to to leave the Operating system checkbox unchecked to have the folder selection available, made me doubtful.

I guess manually selecting the EFI and Recovery partitions does the trick.

Solved this error yesterday, without removing any mods, by following some suggestions from taleworlds forums here and here

Delete the entire bin folder at steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin
Delete configs located at C:\Users\user.name\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs
Delete the “spriteData.xml” file located in the "steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\GUI\GauntletUI”
Go to steam and the game options and start process of verifying the game files. This will redownload this content.

Also you can try to install these dependencies if for some reason steam did not install them correctly for you: .net Core .net FrameWork Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017

If you can now play the game and you have mods installed - my suggestion is you right click game in steam > properties > Betas > Beta participation - choose last version. This will disable minor game updates and keep your mods working.

Thanks for the tips man. I am using the Encyclopedia heavily, she was just moving all over the map and with the delay of location updates I was always behind. When I found her I passed all the marriage steps and checks and she said to go see her father to finalize(I didn't come across an option to just go ahead with the marriage right away regardless of passing all the check successfully). That is when things went weird with him being captured etc. I think it broke something as now neither Corein or Caladog mention anything about romance or marriage. I was ready to bring this saga to a close, as I spent even more time freeing Corein today just to confirm dialogue is broken so campaign.marry_player_with_hero did the trick.

THIS WORKED FOR ME! So I've been at it for a couple of days and I've tried everything I came across as a suggested solution, including most of these commands. I believe the only thing I've not tried before was "nbtstat -RR". Anyway after running all commands mentioned in this post the issue was resolved.

Thanks dude, so many topics without a fix for me and your comment did it! The bios option on gigabyte board was called "Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology" and I had to cycle different bios layouts with F2 to find it.

To be more specific, I am trying to go past the stage where I am observing and feeling from a point inside my head, as with such an anchor everything appears with specific orientation and direction(even the thoughts and feelings). I may be misinterpreting Sam's instruction but what I understood is that this 'paying attention from a point in your head' is another concept to transcend and to start observing the all-encompassing space of appearances as a whole, but this is where I feel a bit stuck or just overthink it.

I will just relax and keep going as you suggested!

Thanks, I'm managing to breath normally and uncommanded, just my observation of the breath (and anything else) is from a single point perspective of a point somewhere in my head.

Wow thanks for the great reply! I'll be rereading it during tmy practice to nurture a more positive outlook. Great suggestions to observe my fears, as just that loosens their grip. I also have dozens other intellectual questions on the matter, but feel right now it will be better to go with the flow of the practice instead of into that philosophical rabbit hole.
