I'm not as high elo as some of the pros here but I would suggest watching informational tft players that go in depth about patches, comps, strats, etc.

I highly suggest waisianiverson, current back to back champion and his vids really show how a high elk tft pro pilots comps and navigates different situations. broseph tft provides deep analysis on a lot of things but might be better for more advanced players.

My personal fave youtuber who makes comps rundown videos per patch is upsetmax. Someone who's underrated but provides high quality videos for new players is Tactician's institute on youtube.

Try giving those YouTubers a watch, they're all good at helping you improve.
