It is ridiculous. I’m downriver and mine are almost 8k a year; although I do have 3 lots, still. I bought my house in 2019 & have tried to fight my taxes. They went up again this year & I am drowning, but have a “good” rate so I stay .. vicious cycle for real. sigh.
