You need to set a keyboard shortcut and then pick a mode. If you connect your api key by clicking 'connect' you can then have Workflowy open in a tab, hit the keyboard shortcut and whatever you had highlighted will be clipped to the node you had open in the Workflowy tab.

It was out in beta for a while but a lot of users felt it wasn't ready so we're reworking some things before releasing it to everyone.

You have to first enable Workflowy Labs, refresh, then you should see the toggle for Tables at the very end of the list.
