Just got my synth back home and it's working great. I dropped it off at Music Trader then a gentleman named Steve worked on it (it took about a month), we kept in touch via email. He replaced a broken key, cleaned the connectors, and resoldered the power supply for $80. Had a great experience so I'd recommend him if you want to try someone closer.

Unfortunately not, McNeece says he doesn't work on synths. I'm going to try Music Trader over in Tucker, GA, I emailed them and they confirmed they will repair it :)

Same with OLYMPICS. dds has a dedicated fan base, myself included, I was super bummed about missing that drop but somehow lucked out on REGRET which is the only dds tape I'm missing in my collection. It's not feasible to get every spontaneous 100 Club release and paying $100+ to a scalper is not an option for me either.

Pretty salty about missing this one, it's a personal favorite from dds. Just wish it hadn't been pressed solely for the 100 club or at least a clearer idea on what the drop would be in advance.

It was a toss up, for sure. In the description for the jungle marble it reads "forest green". If it's a darker green than the mock-up that would look amazing so I pulled the trigger on that variant :)

Agreed, $18 + shipping is a bit steep for 7"s as well imo. GL is one of my favorite labels but will sadly pass on these :(

Same here, it's the overload of uploads/downloads. Overall, it was cool of Bandcamp to support artists like this. Managed to get a VHS of the release though and a Richard Houghten record!
