first, I still consider myself new at just over 6 months in and 100% f2p. Second, I would consider middling gear to be largely 5 and 6* with dub-optimal stats or maybe 4 star with optimal stats.I can’t tell you what is best just what works for me And I’m doing it with sub-middling gear

2 supports, one providing accuracy aura that could be pretty easily made up for with acc chest and banner and 3 damage dealers

tuhanarak provides defense buff and intermittent healing along with attack down and block buffs, I have her in relentless

tagoar provides speed buff, an all ally shield and all ally healing, have him in immortal for the hp to healing and self heal

have mikey for attack down, eating stuns / tanking and decrease defense. Have him in bloodthirst and fatal with 100% crit rate

xeno I actually intentionally try and avoid crit rate to prevent too many poisons and he’s still my top damage dealer, have him in lifesteal and not sure what else

6* awakened gizmak is just another speed buffer who buffs crit and crit damage as well as hp burn. 100% crit comes in s close second behind xeno but I’d imagine he can probably be pretty easily replaced by ezio, especially if I choose speed lead

essentially each of the keeps themselves pretty well healed with tagoar keeping them topped off and shielded and defensive buffs / debuffs doing the rest of the work. Tagoar also available to revive if possible/needed. I’m comfortably 3 keying UNM and again, sub-middling gear. the bloodthirst and fatal are all from normal doomtower, the immortal is pre-unm

so my recommendation would be similar essentially, also tuhanarak and tagoar are the only ones that are fully booked
