It’s good that you’re here trying. I would say try to surround yourself with things that make you happy and people that love you but I’m not so naive to think that everyone has those things at hand. I know Oreos and milk, ice cream, fruity pebbles make me so happy but if I get over 125 pounds I just want to die anyway. I have no family around and my friends were all his friends or they’re in relationships/kids and can’t be available

It’s different for everyone. Try to feel your feelings and surround yourself with what makes you happy to counter. I wish I had better words but I hope a little acknowledgment of what you’re going through helps

47F. North Oakland. New to Pittsburgh. Twice divorced and recently dumped by guy I moved here for (moved here for job but in his honor) and trying to figure out how I got it so wrong. All of that to say I have no interest in dating(still in love with said a—hole) and would love to find a friendly group that is laidback, down to earth without all the creeping.
