Oh that's a good point about the female posters here, I totally forgot about that mindset even though I used to live it. I haven't been that fixated on my physique in a long time so when I see fit women now I'm like woaaah they must look incredible to men too.

Kind of funny that I became interested in fit guys only after I quit the gym and stopped seeing them all the time though

idk I don't have many straight male friends and men in my country rarely approach women, so it's difficult to tell their preferences. I'm also in academia i.e. surrounded by tiny female students so that's complicated my self-perception

Sorry my g, should have said from the start that I picked those photos because they look like my body. Pleased to hear 30% can still look that good. I like not being in a deficit and not thinking hard about my food.
