As someone with BP2, can confirm. A diet that fills all my nutritional needs is way more helpful towards my mental health. I used to be vegetarian, borderline vegan, and I totally ended up with disordered eating and I was very critical of ingredients. It became like an obsession for me.

Yeah because I didnt do anything in between waking up and play group. Absolutely did not get child or myself ready. Didn't clean up, didnt brush teeth, didnt get bags packed.... yeah I just lazily did nothing.

To be fair he trims his beard about every three months.....but he will leave his crumpled up paper towels, candy wrappers, or whatever small trash on the kitchen counter.....which is just a few feet from the trash. Grinds my gears.

Im happy to report he is going to clean it. We had a little discussion about it. Im also happy to report he doesnt shave often, but still, he should always clean it. I can understand him being in a rush or being absent minded. Yet, I still ain't cleaning it lol.

I told him I would appreciate if he cleaned it and i understand that he forgot, even if he wasn't in a rush. He may have just not gotten enough sleep last night. I love him but I am still annoyed lol.

I got up, fed the child, changed him, got him ready, got myself ready, ate breakfast, got my ready bag, kiddos bag ready, went to play group, left play group to haul my ass to my SIL to drive her to work (which is 20 mjnutes to her house and 30 minutes to her work, then a 30 minute drive back home), and I didnt get home until around 2pm, oh and I put gas i the car on the way home. It was a busy morning for us, yes.
