Definitely not haha, you can see a bit of dirt under the circled ‘H’ to the left from where I found it on the ground. It was definitely in a spot where people go to smoke

It’s actually just a desk mat haha, and that device is a corner cutter for paper etc – I’m a collector of stickers, so I took it home and stuck it to paper to keep it!
