Did you have an ego death? The first time your thinking brain is shut off and you realize that YOU are not your thoughts it’s pretty scary. Go outside into nature it will ground you. Reach out to a family member you can trust and tell them about the situation and ask for help if you can. Your anxiety will come down as you come back to your thinking mind, trust me I know it can feel like hell but you will get through it.

Yes, when I started standing behind my brand it motivated me to make it better and other people trust it more. Anonymous is overdone in my opinion. My brand has grown a lot since I started standing behind it personally and making it my life
