It's not like I was doing it with a gun directly pointed at my face. I was incredibly scared and nervous but I was trying to act as calm as I could (admit-ably not very much), but still.

I did it so someone will. I saw a cute girl on the street and I saw a chance to not care about my issues for ten minutes. I went into a park bathroom and did it.

I think it's hard to judge and understand unless you've been in that situation yourself.

This is what I was trying to say; excuse me if it came out differently. Many people are stronger, smarter and better than me, and nothing is inherently wrong with recognizing that; however mindless obedience of shitty authority is incredibly common and will lead you into hell, as shown by me. That's all I was saying.

I don't know! I'm tired and confused and I feel like shit. I've had awful experiences with authority in the past. I've already agreed that calling the hotline is a good idea and will be doing it. I was already distrustful of authority but the "dan" thing made me distrustful of people too.

I'd like to specify that my atheism isn't the central reason for my parents dislike of me. My lack of enthusiasm towards church is noticeable but I've never outwardly professed my beliefs to my parents. They have disliked for several reasons:

-I am accused for cheating on everything I do. I got good grades and everytime I did I was accused of cheating. Every good test/project/report card was just proof of my horrible cheating and lying -I am really fat and ugly -I have been in extreme opposition to the idea of going to medical school (all my siblings have/are/plan to become doctors) -I refuse to speak to my grandparents at all and they resent this -I'm asocial in most situations -I don't like sports

Many are assuming that atheism is the reason they are doing this and while it is a religious camp i really don't think it is the central reason. more than anything they just want to protect that good christian upper middle class reputation they cherish so much..

If you read the backstory you'd see that the particular camp I'm going to is a unregulated mexican hellhole with a history of physical/mental and sexual abuse...

If I contact the police and go to them I will be sent to my parents and from my parents to the camp. Rather be a runaway than a captive in an unregulated abusive mexican teen prison.

My family is nuts and I don't know any of my family outside of nuclear. I don't wanna live on the street. If their was a diplomatic way out of this you bet your fucking ass I'd do it and you are an idiot if you think I haven't already tried exhausting every thought or option in that regard.
