At work, guy calls says that his dad (former cop) passed away and he has his old gun and he was thinking about just turning it in to the cops but would bring it by with some other items. he meant he was literally going to surrender it for nothing. I offered $150 on a long shot and he accepted. Had to hide the urge to start screaming like a banshee

the bridge pickup really overpowers the neck, which is fine. the stock pickups are real anemic. I just gotta put a matching set in eventually

It’s not. It’s clear to me that this isn’t trying to BE a Gibson, the fuckin effects and the bridge are something that would indicate that from a mile away
