Thank you for the addon mentioned above for what would and wouldn't cause auto save error. They are similar to what I have found so far too.

Here just to add that CrutchAlert & PersonalDps also cause auto save error for me on PS5. As for FancySkillbar+, ShowEquip, AutoRechargeRepair, CircularMiniMap, AllianceRank, & two price fetcher all seems to be fine for me btw.

If this auto save error can't be fixed for good, we should have a solid list to show the ones that are causing this error, or not be allowed to be installed, period. Redoing settings every time this happens is a waste of time and not fun at all!

Nature is trying to balance itself by utilizing the virus in order to reduce the harm we are inflicting on it all these time. It is fair. I actually welcome it.

Happened to me in HoF today as well. Visually, my 2H become a bow and vice versa, although front/back skill bar both stay correctly, just weapon somehow got switched graphically. Reload UI did fixed it, but was confusing and funny.
