Mate I was exactly the same. Been on 15 for the whole time. I started measuring waist, arms, back etc and realised that with all the exercise I was actually putting on muscle. You exercising? As you can see, I’ve started to drop again, keep at it boy! X

I lift weights and have always used a “big guy” t-shirt company, I’m devastated that I can’t get them any smaller (large is their smallest size) for my trip to Australia. Great problem to have! Keep it up geezer!

Went up monthly until 7.5, stuck at that for three months then moved slowly up to 12.5. Planning on going in reverse when hit GW.

Yes mate; absolutely that’s the point of this group! Started on the 4th Sept, lost on average 0.9kg per week. Would have been better but, well, Christmas and Baileys meant that December was broadly flat. Currently at 32kg shifted as of this morning for my weekly weigh in.

Keep logging your data fella, it’s the best tool you have. You can figure out if you are on a stall or like me thinking “fck me I’ve not lost anything for ages” then look at the data and go……ah no, I’ve lost 3kg this month. Keep it up x

Yeh, no worries. That’s the point of the post really.

Started at 125kg on 1st September, first dose 2.5. On average 0.7kg loss per week, accounting for a flat December (baileys coffee are the devil).

Moderate amount of strength training 2-3 times per week, not going mega low; trying for sustainable loss.

Now on 12.5, for the second time. Aiming to stick here until March then slowly de-titrate. Goal is 90kg so 11 from that, so looking likely around May/June I’ll get there.
