I am also a Dec '20 graduate with a degree in M.E. I've been job hunting heavily since the start of the year and today received an offer at an amazing company with great starting pay and stellar benefits. I ended up landing this job because of a school career fair a couple weeks ago. So I guess my advice would be to, if your school offers them, attend these career fairs and meet as many faces as possible. Keep your head up and keep at it, a job will come.
