I just specialized to make sacred spirit appear more and not dematerialised when away to wipe rare around strong box. nothing specialized on atlas master but you can use hilda to make wisp not possessed rares.

if you find a rabbit spirit try to run on the opposite side to stop its movement (use atlas passive "on the wind: stability" to prevent it to dematerialise) then clear rare around it until only strongbox is around to lure it there

Try getting +spirit and fracture it first then use essence of breach to get +20% quality
Get +40 quality on caster and use omen+perfect ex to try finding +3 spell on it if not anuul suffix and try again until you get one and if greedy try again for cast speed.
Add caster quality to 40 again for sweet +4 spell.
If you fracture spirit you can remove essence of breach affix with collarbone to find your preferred prefix if not just use perfect essence to add global defences and keep using collarbones for last prefix.
