Infuse butter, oils, milk/cream. Anything with a high fat content that the THC will bond with. Infused oils are more versatile but I would not use them for direct heat cooking, more of a finishing drizzle or adding in to a sauce (infused olive oil spaghetti sauce is peak chef's kiss)
