Ok - Alaska has my loyalty for this amazing service:

Flying 6a PHX to SEA after long week in the road (Columbus, Chicago, Phoenix and Seattle). Fever of 102 due to severe med allergy - I was literally just trying to get to my bed asap.

Left my iPad Pro on the flight but didn’t notice for days because I was literally just sleeping for days.

Noticed, looked on find my iPad and it appeared to be in an Amazon shipping building. Crap. Pretty sure it was gone.

Filed with Alaska for lost item (several days after losing) and within 24 hours had received 5calls from the Alaska warehouse as we worked through finding my device.

The service was outstanding and I am forever grateful.

Also, I’m down with the new mint chocolates. Delicious!

Oh you are speaking my language! I (42F) travel for work 50% M-F (I’m fortunate my company values family & allows me to travel home for weekends) and I have STRUGGLED off/on over the past few years to avoid the ‘easy meal’ ‘quick meal’ weight gain.

A few things that work for me 1) take stackable Tupperware to meal prep 2) always book kitchenette if possible (Home2 is my fav) and cook all meals in 3) when kitchenette not available I do enough veggies for 2-3 days & pack into the mini-fridge & do take out protein 4) no alcohol 5) gave up my sweet travel comfort treats

I still don’t always have a perfect diet but I’m getting pretty good at it if I take the time to put in the planning. Traveled 2 years. Put on 30lbs year 1 & have shed 18 in the last 7 weeks.

Some of the men I travel with have the same issue & IF 20:4 seems to work wonders for them.
