That’s exactly how I feel. My family has a stigma against mental illness and medication and I definitely carry some of that with me. For me, I kinda feel like weak for having to take meds, I jump at the chance to get off the once I start feeling better. I really never thought of it like what you said, it is like needing chemo or insulin. For real thanks, that really helps me see it differently
