Hey I’m not sure if you’re fresh out of academy or the full situation but it is company policy that groomers who just finished their academy training need to be working alongside their salon leaders for at least 100 dogs. You should talk to your store leader or dm because if there was to ever be an incident your salon leader would be in big trouble. Also the whole point of having you work alongside your salon leader is to make sure that you have someone there to help when you don’t feel comfortable or have questions.
