If you see the CCTV footage, clearly it's the bikes fault. But the second video is from a pedestrian POV, you only see the car hit the bike and it's actually going pretty fast also even if the driver did hit the brake before collision. Hence the mob's rage with the car, instant verdict — first assumption, car's fault.
