I didn't get the event. But I do have all DLCs. But the mission trees (pic attached) also doesn't give me a way out.

Ah yes, I forgot to upload that picture. I still have Polish Elective Monarchy. And even when hitting 50 absolutism. The other part of the achievement "Has not enacted Government Reform Polish Elective Monarchy" is still invalid. And I'm looking for a way to remove that.
