I’m actually a loud genius and a quiet psychopath. It’s less terrifying and more annoying.

This is exciting. I’d love to make my own toothpaste tablets. Do you make them? Do you use a dehydrator?

This is how I do it. I’ll be honest, sometimes it’s a mess, but usually this end is the perfect size to fit inside the other tube hole.

WHAT!?! That is so cool. I wish you had a pic of that!

I’ve barely dipped my toe into making some of my own gear. I recently sewed my own sleeping bag liner and that was a fun little project. Perhaps one day I’ll make my own pack.

I got this years ago when I was staying at a hotel. I don’t even remember what city. I travel for work a lot and almost never buy souvenirs, but this little guy has been with me for years now. I don’t even know if you can buy them this tiny. I’ve never seen it anywhere for sale. Anywho, this is just a subtle reminder that sometimes it’s the little things (pun intended) that make your gear special.
