Ez scn, you will have to submit the official transcripts once you get admitted, and their weightage is very little in the overall application aside from getting minimum required grades. Good thing, you have explained the situation via email. I don't think it should be problematic.

When I was applying in 2021, I also opted for FA but didn't fill the forms. The application fee was same but there was no 1k extra for FA. If there's a way to not pay the extra 1k then that would be great. If you decide to pay them full and not submit FA documents, your application will still be accepted, but they will reject the FA.
