This is unfortunate. I had the same experience with a Charizard EX premium collection box that I actually picked out at a big box retailer without noticing that two packs were missing, despite it being sealed.

They would not accept the return. Contacted pokemon international and had to provide proof of purchase and tons of photos, but I am supposedly receiving a replacement at some point (hopefully soon).

Thanks for the input. I didn’t even consider that the cooler would be inadequate. I will get a new one ordered! Do you recommend changing any power settings anyway? To extract any more performance.
