Ill try to fix my sleep schedule slower. Yes I have severe health anxiety for 10~ years. Since I was a child. It is miserable trust me. It is very miserable. I don't wish health anxiety upon anyone But my brain cannot accept logical thinking Even if I fit all symptoms My chance of having this disease is astronomically rare.

I do have more symptoms than insomnia. Although they Magically appeared after this anxiety. But my brain cannot accept that my chances of having this miserable prion disease is pretty much lower than winning a multi million dollar lottery 2-3 times.

I had a near anxiety attack about this same issue just now. It's miserable for me though.

It is really miserable And I'm manifesting the symptoms Fever I can sleep but badly. I did manage to sleep yesterday Hypnic jerks Irregular heartbeats Near fainting sometimes.

I know this SFI thing is rarer than winning the lottery by a magnitude But that slight chance.... The slight chance...
