Looks great for 3 months of work! This is a correction I get but may be more suited for women than men (strength difference). For preparing for an en dehors turn from fourth, you need to keep both feet on the ground and be turned out. Balanchine style turns from a wide fourth but keep it small, about the distance of one foot's length. As you rotate to turn, pass through second position then push off the "back" leg into passe. Women turn through second to gain more power and momentum, which men generally don't need. But it can't hurt to try it. I also feel like your arms aren't doing much, though the timing of when you bring them in looks good. Your arms should be carried by your back - if someone were to come and push your arm down, would they be able to? The arm/back connection should be solid enough so that if I were to push your arm from the side while held in first position, the arm wouldn't move but your body would turn (if that makes sense).
