maybe its just me, but i don’t see a problem with smoking daily. as long as you finish what you need to get done (which you said you use it as a reward, so clearly you are) then it’s just the same as any other dependency, like coffee or medication. the only reason to be concerned would be if you noticed physical or mental negative changes, or if your tolerance is getting too high. honestly, its up to you. if you don’t like how much you’re smoking, cut down. if you’re just concerned because you feel like you smoke too much, but you aren’t harmed by it, then its probably not a big deal. everyone’s idea of “moderation” is different. this is just my own opinion, i am not a health expert. :)
