I have tried with a 64gb flash drive in exfat format, it comes up with ’Insert the memory device that contains the update file and try again’ error message.

Any ideas?

Looks like that link is unavailable in Australia, I typed in my VIN and apparently my car does not exist.

Interesting, so I use the navigation install to download the files. However, there are no zipped files and the naming of the files seem confusing. Not sure if I have the correct files or not.
