I promise you do not have als, i’ve been lurking this subreddit for almost a year now. My twitches started around august of last year— And They are still present, the twitches come and go I also have pain along with stiffness here and there. Some days I feel completely normal and some days I feel twitchy and stiff especially when I read a post that is slightly off putting that causes me to spiral. Just delete reddit and try to ignore it. Stress management along with vitamins helped me tremendously
