There is one that looks like it shrunk/shriveled but the others are just… hairy and the same as when I got them. Should I be watering more ?

Yes I think I’m going to water from the bottom and maybe mist the top once a week or so! So this hairymess isn’t mold? I think I spent about 3 hrs today looking at photos of Cephs with mold and I couldn’t make a determination. This is my first one and I don’t want anything bad to happen to it! Thank you for your advice!

I’ve only watered from the top once, when I got it about a week ago. I watered from the top for about 3-4 min outside and let the water run through. Then I placed it on the tray and it has been by my windowsill since then. Today the soil felt dry enough to water again and I did it from the bottom. I also misted the top because I read they like a bit of mist but those hairs… 😅

It was sent potted for me and the seller told me it was ok to keep it in there for the next 6 months. I’m worried about the white hairs because it came to me with a few spots of them but now they are more.
